Check-out Process
Please proceed to the appropriate line alphabetically organized. You will receive your receipt and you may pay by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. If you need to leave early please fill out the quick check-out forms at the beginning of the evening and arrange with a friend to pick up your items.
Quick Check-out
You will walk out with all of your winnings in hand once the auction is over by using our speedy quick check-out system. Just give us a blank signed check, made out St.Pius School or let us imprint your MasterCard or Visa and sign the form. Your bidder card will be marked “paid in full”. We will keep these signed checks and credit card forms on file during the event. If you don’t make any purchases, your voided check or credit card form will be shredded or returned to you.
At check-out go to the appropriate table to pick up your winnings, show your “paid in full” card and go home! An invoice detailing your purchases will be sent home within a week after the event.
The Treasure Chest
Everyone is a winner! Your $20.00 will purchase a prize in the Treasure Chest. All prizes have a value of $20.oo or more.
The Wine Toss
Try your skills at throwing a ring around a wine bottle. The price is three rings for $5.00. The winner will receive the bottle of wine that the ring successfully lands on. NEW watch out for the special bottle that just might win you more! We would like to thank all of those who graciously donated wine to make this game possible.
