STUDENT COUNCIL NEWS

Pizza and Bake Sales
Student Council will provide pizza and have bake sales four or five times during this school year. The money raised from these two events will be sent to Haiti to support their education programs. Each month the Holy Family School System will send $200 to the Haiti committee at St. Jude Parish. That amount pays two teachers' salaries for each month and gives Father Belneau money for scholarships or to buy items needed for the school. The school and parish are located in Fond Verrettes, Haiti, which is one of the poorest areas in the country.
