LEGO LEAGUE

    Students in fifth grade may apply to participate in Lego League. Lego League is a program
  sponsored by the school and Rockwell Collins along with First Lego. Students are assigned
  a challenge and purchase kits to build a robot to perform the challenges in competition.

  Students also prepare a project to present to the judges along with the robot performance.
  Students are judged on presentation/project, robot performance and design and competition
  points. Participating schools are awarded trophies. New this year will be qualifying for the
  state competition.
